Shipping policy

We ship worldwide. Standard orders are shipped by express courier and will be delivered in maximum 2-3 working days, except for national and local holidays. 

Once the order has been placed, it will no longer be possible to change the shipping address. All orders are processed automatically, in 24/48h, and we are unable to change the shipping and delivery times.


All our prices are duties and VAT included. Shipping is free in Italy as well as in much of the EU and will cost 10€ in most other countries (UK, USA, Switzerland, HK, S. Korea, Singapore and others), Higher charges of up to 30€ may apply to ship in some further locations, reach the final step of the checkout before payment to be sure of your shipping area.


We will send you a shipping confirmation e-mail as soon as the order leaves our warehouse. You can track the shipment of your order using the tracking number communicated by e-mail. Please consider that it may take up to 24 hours for you to be able to track your parcel.

NOTE: if the courier fails to deliver your order, he will make a new delivery attempt on the next working day for a total of two attempts. In case of failed delivery, you will be issued a non-delivery notification containing the address of the courier's office used in your vicinity where you can independently collect the order. The order will be stored at the courier's branch in charge for a maximum of 10 days. After that it will automatically return to our warehouse and the order amount will be refunded based on the payment method used.
