Shipping policy

Standard orders are shipped by DHL courier and delivered exclusively on working days during office hours from Monday to Friday, except for national and local holidays. On some occasions, for example during holidays, slight delays in processing times may occur.

Once the order has been placed, it will no longer be possible to change the shipping address. All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to change the shipping and delivery times.

Standard shipping options are provided (express delivery within 3-5 working days)



You can track the shipment of your order using the tracking number communicated by e-mail. We will send you a shipping confirmation e-mail as soon as the order leaves our warehouse. Please consider that it may take up to 24 hours for you to be able to track your parcel.

NOTE: if the courier fails to deliver your order, he will make a new delivery attempt on the next working day for a total of two attempts. In case of failed delivery, you will be issued a non-delivery notification containing the address of the courier's office used in your vicinity where you can independently collect the order. The order will be stored at the courier's branch in charge for a maximum of 10 days. After that it will automatically return to our warehouse and the order amount will be refunded based on the payment method used.
